SBRI: Digital Health Checks 2024
On behalf of SBRI Healthcare, CHP collaborated with iPlato to trial a new online system for performing digital health checks for patients.
In particular, CHP's role was to liaise with practices and facilitate their joining the programme. CHP brought on board fourteen practices, and despite some technical hurdles, the programme succeeded at delivering health checks digitally. Ultimately over 750 digital health checks were completed through iPlato's system, and the programme's text messages to patients also prompted them to have a further approximately 190 health checks performed through conventional in-person methods.
